Regional party elections 2024
Every two years members in the East of England elect volunteers to serve as regional party officers, on the regional executive committee and other committees and as representatives to the English Council.
The ballot is now open.
Paid-up members of local parties in the East of England can vote at www.mi-vote.com/secure using their unique voting code (UVC). Members are due to receive their voting codes by email on Wednesday 20 November or Thursday 21 November 2024. The ballot will close at 12 noon on Friday 6 December.
Four members of Policy Committee have been elected uncontested. There is a ballot for all other positions.
- Members who have not received their voting code should first check their spam folder and then contact the Returning Officer who can supply full voting details.
- If you receive an error message when voting (e.g. “The event you are trying to access closed…”) please contact ro@eastlibdems.org.uk.
- Members who are unable to vote online may apply to the Returning Officer for a postal vote.
The Returning Officer is Bob Charlesworth (bob_charlesworth@icloud.com / 0779 242 8564).
The conduct of the election is governed by the regional party's election rules and relevant parts of the federal party's election rules. Any queries or complaints should be directed to the Returning Officer.
