Morning session (1000 - 1240)
1000 Welcome to Conference and Parliamentary reports
Baroness Dorothy Thornhill will report to members about the work of Liberal Democrats in Parliament and take questions. We send out best wishes to Norman Lamb MP who is recuperating following a recent operation.
1030 Keynote speech: Layla Moran MP
Oxford West and Abingdon MP Layla Moran will address conference and respond to members' questions.
1050 Campaigns presentation

1210 Regional party report-back
The AGM section. Your opportunity to hear from regional officers about East of England Liberal Democrat activities. Members will be asked to vote to receive the chair's and treasurer's reports and approve the 2017 accounts.

Debate a motion submitted by members calling for the resignation of the Transport Secretary.
1450 Elections announcement
The Returning Officer will announce the results of any uncontested elections and explain which posts require a ballot of members.
1455 Party strategy
Federal Board member Simon McGrath will update members and answer questions on the Federal Board's activities including the recent consultation on the proposed registered supporter scheme.
1515 Panel discussion
The Liberal Democrats rely on our members and supporters in order to survive and thrive. The panel will draw on its experience and that of audience members to discuss how to ensure members are engaged and at the heart of our campaigns and activity.
